AI Authority Ecommerce™ is currently the only service being offered. This Fulfillment and Delivery Policy will be updated as more products and services are added to this site.

Overview

AI Authority Ecommerce™ delivers custom digital setups and print-on-demand integration services, physical items are not directly shipped by me. Instead, your ecommerce store and print-on-demand product catalog are configured based on the specifications provided during onboarding.

1. Order Confirmation & Immediate Onboarding

Immediately after successful payment, you will be redirected to our AI Authority Ecommerce™ Onboarding Form. You will also receive an email with a link to access this form.

To ensure timely fulfillment, you will be required to submit the following assets via the onboarding form:

  • YouTube Channel Link: To allow us to align your store design and branding with your brand voice.
  • Custom Designs & Assets: High-resolution graphics or design files you wish to feature on your merch.
  • Print-On-Demand (POD) Selection: Your selected list of products and preferences from Printify, Tapstitch, or both.

2. Onboarding Review & Clarifications

Once your completed onboarding form is received, your submitted files and design choices will be reviewed.

  • Questions & Approvals: If any submitted assets (e.g., image resolution, links, product specs) require clarification or adjustments, you will be contacted via email.
  • Fulfillment Trigger: The production timeline officially begins once all required onboarding information and any follow-up clarifications have been fully received and verified.

3. Store Development Phase (Shopify Partner Program)

Your online store will be built as a custom development store under the Shopify Partner Program.

During this phase, I will:

  • Design and configure your Shopify storefront layout.
  • Connect and integrate your chosen print-on-demand provider(s) Printify, Tapstitch or both.
  • Publish your provided custom designs onto your selected POD catalog products.
  • Configure basic settings, store navigation, and checkout functions.

Estimated Turnaround Time: Standard development takes as little as five days after final onboarding approval depending on the service package you choose. If you request a custom quote you will receive a delivery time with the quote. This Fulfillment and Delivery Policy will be based on the custom quote you receive.

4. Store Handover & Ownership Transfer

When store development is complete, delivery will take place digitally via an official Shopify Transfer Request:

  1. Email Invitation: You will receive an official email invitation from Shopify inviting you to accept the ownership transfer of your new store.
  2. Account Creation / Login: Clicking the transfer link will direct you to Shopify to log in or create your store administrative account.
  3. Selecting Your Shopify Plan: Development stores operate in a restricted mode under my partner organization. You must choose an active Shopify plan (e.g., Basic, Shopify, or Advanced) and enter your billing details to activate your live store.
    • Note: The cost of the Shopify subscription plan is separate from AI Authority Ecommerce™ service fees and is paid directly to Shopify.
  4. Final Ownership: Once you accept the transfer and pick your Shopify plan, full administrative ownership of the store is transferred directly to you.

5. Delivery Confirmation & Support

Delivery is considered complete once the Shopify ownership transfer invitation has been sent to your provided email address and you are granted access to your store backend.

7-Day Revision Window: Although delivery is marked complete upon sending the transfer invitation, your store revision process remains open. You have seven (7) calendar days from the date of transfer delivery to review your store and submit any requested revisions or adjustments.

Requesting Revisions: Please review your storefront thoroughly and contact me at brands @ AIStrategiesbyAlisa.com within this 7-day period with a detailed list of any design, product layout, or setup revisions needed.

Post-Revision Period: Any revision requests submitted after the 7-day window has expired, or requests that fall outside the original scope of the onboarding form, may be subject to additional service fees.
